You can refer as many neighbours as you like, and for each successful referral you’ll receive £100 - up to the full value of your own project.

That means, if enough neighbours use us, you could recover the entire cost of your drawings.

On many estates, neighbours often carry out similar extensions - this is a simple way to save money while helping those around you get started.

Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

• The referral reward applies when an existing client recommends a potential client who proceeds with a paid project.

• A “referral” is defined as any new client who:

  • Resides in Hertfordshire, and

  • Lives in a new-build property within a new-build estate.

• The referred client must clearly state the referring client’s name at the time of their initial enquiry.
  This must include sufficient information for verification, including:

  • The referring client’s name, and

  • The referring client’s address.
    The business reserves the right to verify this information against its records.

• The referred client will receive £100 off their invoice once their project is confirmed.

• The referring client will receive £100 paid via bank transfer once the referred client has paid their invoice in full.

• Each referred client may only generate one referral reward. A referral cannot be used more than once or shared between multiple referring clients.

• Referral rewards may be earned across multiple separate projects. There is no limit to the number of referrals a client may make.

• The total value of referral rewards for any client is capped at the value of their original project fee.
  Referral rewards cannot exceed this amount and will not result in any additional payment beyond this cap.

• Where the remaining referral balance is less than £100, only the remaining amount will be awarded. No cash payments beyond the capped value will be made.

• Referral rewards are only issued once the referred client has paid their invoice in full. No reward will be issued for cancelled, unpaid, or incomplete projects.

• The business reserves the right to refuse or decline a referral in exceptional circumstances, including where the referral is deemed invalid, abusive, or not in the spirit of the scheme.

• The referral scheme may be withdrawn or amended for future projects at any time.
  However, once a referral has been submitted, received, and accepted by the business, it will be honoured in full and cannot be withdrawn or amended.
